Project Payday

Is it true you can make Big Money with Project Payday

Here is how Project Payday works in brief.

Let’s make a deal. You go sign on to receive a free bottle of the most recent miracle drug. It’s a $49.95 value but you’ll only need to pay a $4.95 transportation charge.

Then send me your receipt and I could pay you $20 for your time and effort together with a reminder you should go up and instantly cancel the automatic monthly cargo you may or may not have realized you were signing up for.

Sounds cool does it not? You only need to pay 5 greenbacks and receive a check for $25, which is an automated $20 profit for 5 minutes work. The affiliate that referred you probably receives a larger check than you do. Whatever; everyone is just as contented as a lark; no one loses right? Someone does lose and that is the company.

Is Project Payday Ethical?

Project Payday is a system that is meant to teach folks how to earn rewards promoting “cost per action” offers, but unfortunately these methods are highly controversial, like the example above.

Not everybody is acquainted with cost per action marketing. This involves free or extremely inexpensive trial offers that is a selling system engineered to get products into the hands of new patrons, hoping that the company will gain sales afterward.

Have you seen any advertising banners that offer you iPods, Cash, or PCs just to complete a survey?

Those are called “Incentivized Freebie Sites” or IFWs and are the center of Project Payday trick model.

After completing the survey or checking a considerable number of boxes full of affiliate offers, you actually will receive your free gift. In exchange, you have given up something valuable, that being your personal info, and fairly often you’ll only be eligible to receive their “valuable free gift” after completing several sign-up forms for other trial offers, some even offer incentives for recruiting buddies and family to also do the same.

Some individuals genuinely are interested in certain services and goods of course and that is a different situation.

Basically this strategy of promoting is a means of bribing others to complete offers, and the most important part to remember when doing this is to cancel immediately to prevent losing money then the only one losing money is the company whose product it is.

The referring affiliate and you both earn cash you are both happy; so what’s bad with that?

What is wrong is that the company is losing money because they are paying commissions to what amounts to fake customers who never had a real interest in their product or service. So is project payday ethical? We will leave you to choose that for yourself. I assume it depends completely on your personal morals and ethics and comes down to what you think is right and what is wrong.

Incredibly, there are folk out there who do make six figure incomes only working part-time promoting these incentivized CPA offers. The difference being the way they promote those offers, with their promoting abilities they can attract people who are inquisitive about a product or service. This model works very well when it is done in an ethical fashion by combining both the science and art of selling and without cheating any person.

  1. Hey Fred! Great post. I like your spin on things. I did project payday several years back ago for a brief stint of time. I agree that if people purposely choose items they know they are going to cancel, then it is absolutely unethical. Unfortunately, most people are in that category when it comes to Project Payday and other IFW’s.

It was one of the things that made me stop doing it as I seen the good, the bad and the ugly.

I also agree that using CPA’s in an ethical way i.e. marketing to the target market for the offer becomes a win-win for all.

    Keep up the great work!
